Hi There! My name is Andrea Zerbinati. I am currently employed at Imagicle SpA, a Cisco Preferred Solutions Partner and a prominent player in the Unified Communication industry. In my role as a Software Engineer, I work remotely as a part of an Agile Team responsible for developing two key products: The Imagicle Voice Analytics application and the brand-new Cisco Webex Attendant Console. Over the course of nearly four years, I have had the following responsibilities:

• I had the privilege of being part of the development of two products from their inception, contributing through every phase from User Story Mapping to General Availability.
• Collaborated closely with UX and UI designers to implement the Imagicle component library and ensure compliance with Cisco’s design system guidelines for the Webex Attendant Console.
• Designed and built a complex state machine to handle events from Broadsoft and Webex Calling APIs.
• Proposed adaptations to our Agile Framework to better align with the evolving needs of our products and team.
• Led remote collaborative sessions for User Story planning and Frontend Architecture design.

Tech Stack

Frontend:

• React for the UI.
• Redux and RTK Query for state management and API calls.
• TypeScript for type safety.
• Chakra UI for fast component library development with accessibility and responsiveness in mind.
• Jest and Vitest for Unit, Integration, and End-to-End testing.
• Essential tools such as ESLint, Webpack, Vite, Storybook, Npm, Sass, CSS-in-JS, and Mock Service Worker.

Backend:

• Gitlab pipeline code for building, testing, and checking code quality with Sonar.
• Nginx Reverse proxy
• AWS services including S3, ECS, ELB, Cloudfront, Cloudwatch, Cognito, DynamoDB, RDS databases, and SQS.
• CDK (Cloud Development Kit)
• GoLang for Lambdas to read and write data from DynamoDB.
